|One more last image before my final exit from TN, friends. Thought it was a good one and would make an apt last post.|
It is a Handmaiden Moth found mostly in India.
Thanks, Laszlo, for your kind parting words on my 2300th picture. This one, the 2301st, is especially for you in gratitude!

Ram, thank you, it was good you were here on TN. You were the "Indian connection" to nature. And you were one of the pioneers, taking care of the many newcomers, inspiring them with good natured commentaries. I wonder where I might see you again on another web site.
Thanks a lot for all. A TN-goodbye from Switzerland to you, Dietrich

Hi Ram,great capture of this moth of genus "amata",there is something like that in my country, especially the phegea species, but obviouly not that. The quality is wonderful, impressive sharpness, not easy to take so well because the metallic reflection of its blue, you manage the shot in the best way. Have a nice evening and thanks,Luciano
Thanks for your kind words, and thanks for posting an extra image, especially such a pretty one. We all hope to see you sometimes here, if there's a chance. Never say never!
All the very best to you, and good bye, with the hope you change your mind sooner or later.
Kind regards from Ireland, Laszlo
