First I thought this was an aberrant form, but I found the same kind of flowers here and there. I am not an expert of flowers and have no idea what this one is called.

That's a beautiful macro.
I think this is Saxifraga stolonifera (Japanese name is Yukinoshita). Usually grows on/around rocks by streams. Loves half-shady, moist area. There is a similar looking species called S. fortunei var. incisolobata (Daimonjiso in Japanese name), but they flower in summer-autumn.
