Hello friends in TN,

My preparation for the journey is almost complete and the desire for another TN post is irresistible. Here is a capture of a small butterfly (~1cm) caught napping :-)

I have never seen butterfly sleep before although I have tracked a few homing for the night. I was walking around my garden with my camera one early weekend morning and stumbled upon this butterfly still sleeping. The dew was still thick as can be seen in this image. This butterfly is very small perched on the tiny weed with droplets of the morning dew still intact. Wonderful creation and thanks for viewing!

Hi Jusni.
What a nice and rare scene. And technique of close-up shooting is perfect. I like wide DOF and excellent use of small aperture value. Sharpness and details of the cute butterfly under water drops and fine plant are ultimate and BG is very well blurred and nicely coloured. My best wishes and kind regards.

Ciao Jusni,
