[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I took this shot in Kuala Lumpur Bird Park about 10 days ago. It was a low light condition and my camera wasn't giving the best. Took several shots of this cooperative Stork. The one i am presenting here seemed worth posting. This is the full frame and i feel sorry for not leaving space around this bird. I have only sharpened the original image, re-sized it, applied a little sharpening again and done a minor cleaning in the top upper portion. Wikipedia has following information:

The yellow-billed stork (Mycteria ibis) is a large wading bird in the stork family Ciconiidae. It occurs in Africa south of the Sahara and in Madagascar.

It is a medium-sized stork. Length: 97 cm; average body weight for males: 2.3 kg; for females: 1.9 kg. Its plumage is mainly pinkish-white with black wings and tail. The bill is yellow, blunt, and decurved at the tip. Immature birds are greyish brown with dull greyish brown bill, dull orange face and brownish legs.

The similar painted stork (Mycteria leucocephala) is an Asian bird.The yellow-billed stork is one of the species to which the Agreement on the Conservation of African-Eurasian Migratory Waterbirds (AEWA) applies.

I guess your capture date as October 2014 is an error of oversight, Akbar. Anyway, it plays no role in lessening the impact of this excellent picture of a Stork you took in Malaysia.
Nice effective perspective with superb white balance and natural colours.

Hello Akbar,
A gorgeous specimen and captured perfectly by your lens. White tones are just right and colors are well saturated yet natural. The orange face and yellow bill immediately captures your attention. A pleasure to view such a beautiful bird!!
