An interesting spider found during my search for Perting waterfall. Been searching through the net for quite some time, yet can't get any identification for this species.

HELP!!!!!

I think this is a Wishbone spider, Gasteracantha arcuata. Can refer to this site http://godofinsects.com/museum/display.php?sid=121

Hello Kean,
This is an amazing creature, and you did well to capture it.
It is a bit difficult with the bright dots in the background, but the shape and colours of this beasty make it very very interesting. Wish I could help with the ID! But I can't even ID beetles in my neck of the woods ;) Tfs, Jay

Very interesting shot. I have no idea what species this is but it is crazy looking. Nice detail. I also like the backround with the white spots of light.

Olá Kean

Uma foto interessante mostrando-nos um inceto incrível; suas cores são vibrantes e o centro dele lembra uma fatia de melancia...:)
Meus parabéns, muito bom trabalho Kean.

Abraços,
Vera.

That's a rather unusual spider. Well captured. You may try the MNS types to help out there for ID. Good shot.

Waooo !!! Magnífico documento !!!

Hi Kean,
What a strange looking spider and what amazing horns. It must be poisonous. Very sharp image and neat focus with lovely colours. Excellent POV to portray it in this hanging pose and very nicely composed. Kudos.
