Siberian Blue Robin Thrush (Zoothera sibirica) - Juvenile Male First Winter

This is a rare northern winter visitor that is very shy. A appears to be a bird of habit coming back daily in the early evenings just as the sun goes down for a cool bath.

Taken in failing light at Bukit Rengit - Pahang, it was indeed a challenge.

A lovely composition with such an interesting expression and head tilt on the Robin Thrush. Even with the failing light, this shot is clear.
