Coppersmith Barbet (Megalaima haemacephala)
This was taken in Penang, Malaysia earlier in the year.
This is an adult coming back to the nest (hole in the tree) to feed the fledglings. The male has a territorial call "tonk, tonk, tonk" as if someone was coppertooling. They average around 18cm in size and are colourful as can be seen here.
