Something that I captured while watering my plant this morning. This grasshopper perched on my lily was irresistible for a shot.

This is probably a Hedge Grasshopper.

a unique species with wonderful colors. I am seeing hoppers in this color for the first time. good angle, clarity and contrast. thanks for sharing.

Hi Jusni.
You have pictured a nice species. I have not met such insect near my countryside house. Leaf pattern create a wonderful surroundings for this cute grasshoppers. Details are superb. Kind regards and best wishes.

Hello Jusni,

You're capturing well this grasshopper by good composition, good focus and excellent tone, so it's impressive and interesting to see grasshopper to after a long time. It's interesting to see the grasshopper of eyes with reddish‐brown, yellow body, legs with yellow-green and long black feeler. It's impressive that this is dignifiedly sitting to big leaf, too. And, the shadow of leaf that is most below draws out additional effect for the whole, I think.
