Joydeb, this is one of the most beautiful and rather rare species of Bulbuls you captured in Nepal.
It is a fantastic shot with just the right amount of exposure when I guess this bird must have landed on the Ashoka tree for a few moments. Its open beak stance is also nice and the colours on the bird are marvellous.

Good colours, eye highlight and sharpness. The pose is not static and show off the bird's colours very well. The green background complements well the red in the bird. Maybe the use of a slightly lower aperture (f/6 or lower) would have helped throw the background even more. What kind of lens did you use?
