hello
les amis sont difficiles, je vois que tu n' as pas encore de critiques, pourtant moi j' aime beaucoup cette vue, je l'a trouve vivante

This is really a magnificent capture of Modi Khola, Geoff.
The light in this image plays a vital role. It creates beautiful contrasts and gives the bend in the river a three-dimensional appearance.
The picture is crisp, sharp and colourful.
The rocks in the foreground are the best part in the entire composition, IMO.
Best regards,
Ram

Hey Geof,
Good to see your work on TN, too. Your composition indeed gives a sense of the force this river has, which is accentuated by the choice of a fast shutter speed. Good sharpness and exposure control.
Best,
Hakan

Hello Geof,
Really wonderful view of this rushing stream in beautiful light. Very good depth of focus and I like your point of view. I really like the way you've used a fast shutter speed which emphasizes the movement of the water instead of making it look like froth! Beautiful wet stones too.
Many thanks, Ulla

Hello Jeff,
I like the composition and lighting in this shot. Fine variation of light and shade and the water in this is as sharp as it ought to be, its milkiness due to melting glaciers shown well in different shades of colour and the rocks are beautifully arranged in this shot.
First class!
TFS and best wishes, Ivan

A wonderful place, Geof,
I love to see the water mowing down the stones, the light inside, it's so silent, very beautiful, thanks and greetings

Hello Geof,
An attractive landscape or should I say river...
I like how the light falls on the distant bend, and the details are captured very well!
A most pleasing composition with good natural colours...
Greetings,
