Hello Zahoor,
Very colorful and beautiful image. Good focus and depth of field, generating a nice bokeh.
I wonder if this is a Cattle egret in mating colors. Probably a subspecies?
Nicely done
Annick

Beautiful shot of this Egret in breeding season plumage, Zahoor.
Whereas the subject stands out sharp and clear, you have been able to fade the background into a neutral territory. The colours are very rich in this shot.
Thanks and regards.

Hi Zahoor

One of the best shots of a Cattle Egret in breeding plumage that I have ever seen.
Excellent sharpness and plumage detail
Excellent composition and low-down POV
Excellent OOF contrasting background

Chris

Hello Zahoor
I just could not resist adding this one to my personal favourites. I like it a lot. The colours of this bird are just stunning and you have captured it with lots of preciseness and care. I am really amazed by this birdís fine facial details and features. It is indeed a beautiful species and one I have not seen as yet. And if I have seen one of these before, yours definitely cancels out all I would have remembered because this bird is really striking. All together a splendid photograph with much to appreciate, and nothing that I could find fault with. Thanks for sharing this beauty.
Best regards
Anna

Wow Zahoor

This bird (and of course your photo) is breathtakingly beautiful. A delightful capture with "visual impact" written all over it. Without any doubt I have to agree with Chris Chafer (sandpiper2) that this is: "One of the best shots of a Cattle Egret in breeding plumage that I have ever seen".

Wonderful soft light assisted with the spot-on illumination of the image. The colours are gorgeously saturated and the details are pristine. The OOF grassy area acted as a superb BG, slightly darker then the bird and therefore enhancing the subject magnificently. The composition is well proportioned leaving the right amount of room around the egret to give the photo a terrific feeling of space. Definitely one of the most enjoyable postings my eyes have seen for the day. I just love it.

Great work and TFS.
Regards
Loot
