[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
It has been days since my fascination on this critters. I thought they were fiery ants as in my two previous postings but they are actually juvenile bugs(Heteroptera). Thanks to Cicindela for the very valuable identification. |

Hi Czaldy.
They are really bright coloured and the composition you have chosen from under the leaf shows them up perfectly against the lighted green. Well done

Hello Czaldy ,
Very colourful shot of these little bugs. The environments too is very colouful and captured well.It must be quite a difficult thing to get them all without any blur as they all will be in motion.
Very well done.
TFS & cheers
Beautiful shot and quite unuasual.
The green (complementary color of red) enhance so well the beauty of the little bugs.
Difficult catch as I see there was not much light. I might have increase the ISO in order to get both a longer DOF and speed: there is a little blur on the ones the most in the center: the ones that draw the more attention.

Hello Czaldy,
excellent, this picture. Smart use of light, the sun through the plant and the flash from below. The result is a stunning picture that I had missed. Thanks for showing it.
Best regards
Dietrich
