The flowering plant is probably:
CAESALPINIA PULCHERRIMA (Family Caesalpiniaceae).
It's a nice picture of the flower. The butterfly is very busy and you cannot obtain a sharp picture due to wing movement. H. glaucippe is rarely seen resting for a long time. It is restless ... so you can be happy to have got this 'capture'.
