On the Black SEa coast normally there is no frost. Except when a dangerous extremely strong and cold Nord-east wind blows... This picture is taken near a warm spring, which creates a small fontain. the wind is blowing so strongly that the water of this fontain get sprayed all over around. And freezes almost immediately.
