|On the Black SEa coast normally there is no frost. Except when a dangerous extremely strong and cold Nord-east wind blows... This picture is taken near a warm spring, which creates a small fontain. the wind is blowing so strongly that the water of this fontain get sprayed all over around. And freezes almost immediately.|

Very good picture, i like all the details and the play of the shade and light is fantastic.
Nice shot. Very interesting subject. It is amazing each individual blade of grass has iced up. good job.

You did well not to overexpose the ice in the sunshine(?).
