I would like to dedicate this toour TN friend "IVAN" TN name "Argus" for suggesting me to goto Botanic garderns. Last time when I went I could not find anything interesting except some frogs in the pond. But this luck seem to be on my side and I found some birds and damselflies and mating frogs. But the weather was very horrible and it was nearly 90% humidity and parly cloudy. I was shooting a dragonfly and found this damselfy. I dont know the ID of this insect. Pls help me with the ID. I once again thankful to Ivan for timely advice or otherwise I would have missed this beauty.

Thanks to Batu in helping me with the ID.

Very well composed pic. I like the contrasting colour in the pic. Your lighting, sharpness and detail are all excellent. The DOF and clear BG also add to the quality of the image.

Hi Ganesh,
i think the wide panoramic crop fits this shot perfectly. Very nice colours and an excelent DOF too - well done!

A perfect macro image of a colourful "damsel" against a flatteringly OOF BG Ganesh, I'm sure Ivan will love it as I do, TFS this fine capture my friend.
