Golden-Bellied Greygone

Size: 9 cm

Description:
Yellow breasted and throat, and contrasting grey face are distinctive..

Voice:
Vocal; a frequent, wheel song, usually a descending zwee-zwee-zwee.

Habits:
It is found in a variety of wooded habitats, from mangroves, open coastal woodlands, roadside and parks to closed forest. It occurs mainly in the lowlands. It moves from the upper and middle storeys, picking invertebrates from the thin branches.

Distribution:
Southeast Asia. A widespread and generally common resident in Sumatra, Kalimantan,Java, Bali, Flares, Alot and Sulawesi.
