[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is a magpie - Korean Magpie - Pica seriecaas in particular. This is the national bird here.

I was walking by the Hyeongsan riverside when I spotted this bird. On my approach it decided to fly to safety. I tried to capture the moment.

Hi Subhayan,
Not split by anybody of any particular weight (maybe by regional guide books that want to distinguish their birds unjustifiably). Mark Brazil implies that this race and camtschatica should both be split.

Eurasian Magpie - Pica pica sericea.

Good job catching it in flight without too much motion blur.

Hello Subhayan
congratulations for the timing, great POV and nitidezza.Grazie for sharing
Hello Vanni

Hello Subhayan

You have froze it well and can feel its fast fly,
the catch-light at the eye always enhance the photo,

Hello Subhayan,
Inflights are always a challeng to capture and still get sharp focus. You did a fine job on this one, as bird is shown in fine focus and even the tiny glint in his eye is visible. Beautiful natural coloration and attractive composition. TFS.

Hola Subhayan,
pensaba que este ave solamente la teníamos en españa hehehe.
Interesante trabajo aunque quizá algo falto de luz en el motivo principal.
Un abrazo: Josep Ignasi
