This is my first post so please be gentle...
I cought these fellas at a zoo in South Korea, first one came down to get a closer look then the others.

Had to snap the photo off fairly quick as there were people crowding around to take their own photo, so I didnt have a chance to wipe the handprint smear off the glass infront of the centre monkey (hence the bluriness in the centre of the image).

A warm welcome to TN, Ben.
What a wonderful composition!
I love these squirrel monkeys. I saw a lot of them in the wild in Costa Rica, but I was never able to take a decent picture of them, as they moved very fast jumping from tree to tree. This is just an adorable tableau.
Thank you for sharing. : )

Hi there Ben, what a cute bunch of monkeys you have for us here. And not a bad shot either, especially for a first posting.
They look so cute, and I can the a sixth one under the middle one's chin. The colours are great, and it is interesting to see their tails used as a 3rd arm.
Welcome and well done,
Janice

There is no reason to be gentle with you at all, Ben! Welcome to TN, this is an awesome image! Superbe composition and subjects!

Hola Ben
Has elegido una imagen encantadora para comenzar tu andadura por TN. La imagen podría haber quedado un poquito mejor enfocada y habría estado bien un poco más de luminosidad, pero el encuadre, la composición y el motivo son deliciosos. Me encanta. Estoy deseando ver más fotos tuyas.
Bienvenido a TN.
Saludos
Maite

Hi there Ben,

This is an excellent first post! (Welcome to TN btw) I love the pose of the subjects and the way the look into my room, POV is excellent. You mentioned the blur on the monkey in the middle and it really is a shame ... At first I thought it was motion blur, but then I read your note. You shouldn't care about other people ... LEt them wait! :) Anyway, it's not that bad and it doesn't make the picture any less appealing. Exposure is good and the composition is just about right. In a perfect world the monkey on the right would have also looked into the camera.

welcome to TN

ciao mario

Gracias y saludos... Ricardo

Hey Ben.
Great to see you posted something. What cool photo to start with. Don't worry about the smear it wasn't your doing, you just worked with what you had and it worked nicely. O hope you keep posting.
