Hi Everyone,
This exotic tree flower image was taken in a forest just outside Ubon Ratchathani in Thailand,
I have no idea what the name of this tree is nor did some of the locals we talked too, If any of you experts can identify this species, please let me know,
Looking at the middle of the flower it resembles a set of teeth and could give a nasty bite,

This is a most beautiful flower with delicate features and strong colours. You have captured it beautifully. I like the centralized composition and the angle in which you photographed it. I also do not know what type of flower this is but on some parts of the flower (like the petals) it reminds me of that of a rose. Thanks for sharing. Best regards.

such a lovely capture of this special and unique flowers. though Im in this SEAsia, but I have never seen it.
Very well detailed and the bright red is so obvious.
well taken and the small rings bokeh in the background is attractive too.
