I believe this is 'damselfly exuvia'.
I found this damselfly exuvia on a lotus leave which is nearby the place I found 'My former life#2' Here.
Thanks for visiting.

Hello Jitti,
you show a nice nature document here, not as eye-catching as the adult insect but valuable to be shown. It's a pity that you could not observe the emerging insect.
Best wishes, Peter

For three days, my internet connection was down, JC. Missed a lot of stuff on TN -- my daily dose of addiction :-).
This is a wonderful documentation of a significant stage in a damselfly's life.
The image is well captured.

hi Jitti,
très belle illustration du cycle de vie de cette libellule. Bonne netteté et couleurs bien dosées pour un sujet pas facile.

Hello Jitti

Very observant of you to find this.A well focused and well composed shot.Very good details ,you can see where the emergent damselfly crawled out of the top of the shell. The colours are very natural.Excellent POV.TFS

i didn't know you were an insect in your former life!!!
i really like this image for some reason. perhaps it is because of the contrast between green and brown, both colors being light in tone. perhaps its the sharpness of this image that makes it look good. perhaps it's the simple composition that appeals to me.
perhaps it is all the technicalities that play a part to make this picture a simple, yet effective and good one!

bonjour jitti
j'avais deja vu un exosquelette de cigale mais jamais de libellule!
c'est tres interressant, merci pour ce partage.

Hi Jitti,
Very interesting insect. I never see this kind of damselfly before. Can it fly with those small wings?
Greatly captured.
Thanks for sharing.

Hi Jitti.
Once more your very interesting and perfectly done macro shot. Razor sharpness of the insect and leaf surface, nice and true colours, terrific DOF and exposure parameters. Superb done and TFS.

Hi Jitti,
It almost looks alive hard to believe that this is just a empty shell. Great find and very good capture. POV, sharpness and details are excellent
