While looking for butterflies, I stumbled on this couple which rested on underside of leaf of small growth plant. My previous post is Here

About the family Arctiidae:
The Arctiidae are members of the Superfamily Noctuoidea. Worldwide in distribution, moths of this family are richest in the tropics. The small to medium-sized adults are often white, yellow, orange, or red with black markings on the forewings. Some adults are day-fliers, while others are nocturnal. Larvae are typically very hairy; some tiger moth larvae are called "woolly bears." Larvae feed on lichens as well as herbaceous and woody plants, and some species are forest pests. Pupation takes place in cocoons made of matted larval hair and little or no silk.

Hi Jitti,
Wonderful shot of the moths in the act. Such a tender moment captured. Lovely patterns on the body and a smooth BG. Superb use of the flash and a nice POV displaying sharp details. Very nicely composed. Kudos.

JC, when I look at the wings of these mating moths, they remind me of the blue coloured moth I shot in India last year and posted here on TN. Of course, there was some controversy over the ID of that insect (why does it always happen with me?).
This is an interesting love-making position of these moths you have presented in this well-composed shot.

Hello Jitti,
Fine capture of a pair of Arctiid moths in cop. The flash not only gives good lighting and sharpness: it also darkens the BG, here just to the right extent. Very nice compostion.
