These fluffy tiny white beauties cover the whole section of a branch. Also scary to me as there are too many of them.

Hi Jitti,
I am not sure of if the ID is correct or not. But for sure this is a lovely capture of this woolen thread. Excellent composition and details. Thanks a lot for sharing.

Hello Jitti,

Very strange insects. Very nice composition. Good POV and DOF. Nice natural colours. I do not think I would like seeing too many of theim either.
Cheers,
Mariki

Hi Jitti,
Very very interesting shot of these tiny creatures which can be mistaken for fungis. They look awesome with those long limbs. Try to find out what they grow up to and what damage they do to that plant. Great educative post. I like your chosen POV to portray them and the diagonal composition. Kudos.
TFS.

Hello Jitti
What a curious thing!! I was looking intently searching for the bug and could only see a strange kind of fungus. Well, I thought so. Now I know it is an utterly new kind of insect to me. How funny and beautiful they look all together!
A marvellous new document for TN and Nature lovers.
Thank you very much for sharing.
Best wishes

Hello Jitti,
Excellent sharp and well-composed capture of these pests.
These are known as Mealybugs, which agrees with your classification. They are often a severe pest on citrus trees.
Thanks for sharing,
Ivan

Hi Jitti,

I have never seen anything like this. I've heard of Mealybugs but never saw one. Amazing little things and you show them off so well with great details. Makes a very pretty picture.
