Last in a series of Vietnam River patterns. This is somewhere north of HoChiMinh city enroute to Danang. The flat landscape means the rivers spawned from the Mekong travel in rather unusual patterns towards the sea. |

It is interesting to see how Mekong is growing by collecting water from a network of subsidiaries!
The image quality is not the best but the subject is very interesting and well worth a study...
Mekong is for sure one mighty river!

Hi Murray, this is an amazing river. It would really be something to check out on boat, though you'd probably get lost. I like how it has even created very large islands with it's meandering. Very tough shot, but extremely interesting none the less. I played with it a bit, and I read your comment to Pablo, and yup, I'll support you on that one.
