Here is my favourite fruit in South East Asia: the Jack Fruit.
This enormous fruit, sometimes almost a meter long, contains many sections with a seed covered with a yellow to orange tasty envelope...
Some smaller species are also used for cooking in Malaysia, bur are not very good as a fruit...I made the mistake... |
