From my recent vacation in Costa Rica

The Canivet's Emerald or Fork-tailed Emerald (Chlorostilbon canivetii) is a species of hummingbird in the Trochilidae family. It is found in Belize, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, and Nicaragua. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical dry forests, subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, and heavily degraded former forest.

The common name and Latin binomial commemorate the French ornithologist Emmanuel Canivet de Carentan.

A real visual treat that samples in this work, Mario! Acertadísima composition, light green twig, curving gently up and left diagonally dividing the frame and support by the hummingbird, which is what brings all the complexity of metal colorful plumage incredible focus highlighted by a gorgeous, flawless . And to complete this masterful portrait of little angel emerald (not really angelic beauty?) Has gone up deliciously one background that you possess the genius of harmonizing with violet flecks purple feathers.
I do not think there are many pictures in the world that equals the canivetii Chlorostilbon you've gotten your, friend ...

Really good photo with the background and the bird's colours so similar and yet bringing the bird out. Good angle of the perch and a nice highlight in the bird eye. Maybe a bit heavy on the blurring of the background in post production with the perch beginning to posterize.
