Cool Facts
Although the Greater Yellowlegs is common and widespread, its low densities and tendency to breed in inhospitable, mosquito-ridden muskegs make it one of the least-studied shorebirds on the continent.

Merhaba Mario,

As always with your aviary collection...a fine contribution which needs no correction. In the case of bird images I find that you are one of the teaching masters..along with your formula one shots.

Asbed

you have dug up a wonderful picture of this Yellowlegs from your archive, Mario.
I have seen this bird for the first time and it is a beauty with that black and white plumage and feathers.
The image is well composed with nothing else but water for background.

Hello Mario,
Nice one from your archives!
Delightful close capture of a Greater Yellow-legs in an excellent pose, from a great POV with fine sharpness. Superb use of the light.
TFS this beauty, have only seen its lesser relative in Sweden.

Bonjour Mario,

WOw!

Pierre
