The bird may be from Sylviidae family.It looks like Grey-hooded Warbler found in the hilly Himalayan zone of Indian subcontinent. The technology of the nest mainly used by the warblers.
The picture was taken nicely with some back light effect.

The problem with doing ID's from photos of fledgelings is that almost no one has ever seen photos of them. However, I would not have too many objections to anyone thinking this to be a fledgeling Todirostrum cinereum.

Muy bonita foto, a pesar de que usted no es muy aficionada a volar en avión.... El pajarillo yo tampoco se cual es pero perfectamente podria tratarse de una Chona la negra del bloque 1, lo digo por el color del pico. Saludos autora de esta maravillosa foto.
