Hello Laurens,
What a gorgeous neighbour I have today - a bright orange little Pumilio! Excellent sharp capture of this little beauty! It must be so difficult to put these 20 individuals in the right order as they're all as beautiful! But I look forward to No. 20!
Many thanks and regards, Ulla

Hi Laurens,

This IS orange. And a very bright orange at that. This might be the best of all but we'll have to wait to see if you saved the very best for last. A marvelous pose, amazing details and a fantastic catchlight in the eye.

Hallo laurens,
Prachtige foto in schitterende kleuren.

perfect macro shot Laurens !
beautiful colours , perfect sharp and clear details ,

Hi Laurens,
This is becoming a terrific series!
For me, this is in the limit of oranges, just before to become reds...or perhaps already done?
You've made a great close approach, and got so sharp details on the frog skin and its vivid tones.
Congratulations and thanks for share.
My best regards,

Hi laurens, -1 to the end of this fantastic serie, beautiful frog with wonderful orang color, fine details and splendid sharpness, very well done, ciao Silvio

Hello laurens !
Wow, what an agressive red ! I think I already said it on a previous picture, but the black eye is wonderful, it makes a nice contrast with the red skin. The frog also stands out very nicely on the greyish BG. Excellent details and composition. Very well done !

Such saturated bright colours captured with perfect clarity Laurens, this is your best up to now my friend, TFS it indeed!

Hi Lou, another masterpiece work from you. Great shot of this stright redish colour variant. TFS and cheers,

hello Laurens
excellent shot of this one, the vivid orange color is splendid
great contrast with the dark BG
amazing sharpness and composition
Very well done

I can see and appreciate your priority to focus on the subject's eye, Laurens.
That is the most appealing part of this colourful frog from your rich collection of them.
Thanks for sharing this wonderful image.

Brawo!
TFS and best wishes

Hi Laurens

You have a very impressive collection of pictures in your gallery and i particularly like the ones of these type of frogs...we rarely see such species on TN, so thanks a lot for your contribution!
This is a very good example of a great macro for these frogs. I love the sharp details and the selective DOF that assures you'll focus all the attention on your subject here.
The colors are lovely and vibrant and the flash work is nice, too.

Bravo and TFS

Hi Lou,

I love this photo, the composition is really nice

PS...love your avatar photo

Greetings Lou,

As You can notice, I bookmarked You as one of my favorite photographers and I'm in Your gallery for the 3rd time today, after an insect and afungi shot an amphibian comes. Although in this case I must avoid from scientific comments and I can only tell my personal thoughts.

This is a fabolous capture, with unbelievable color of the frog. Very suggestive pic, I think those ever met this beauty could never forget it. It's simply beyond words - wonderful living creature on a fine macro photo. Some unavoidable overexposure on the frog's skin, small oof parts and background noise, but the overall result's breathtaking due to the harsh red / orange tones. So, I like this image very much, even with the small mistakes and I must send You big congratulations for capturing and sharing such a pic.

Best regards, László

Hi Laurens,
