[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This shot was taken on the shores of Achensee, a lake located among the Alps about 30 km far away from Innsbruck, Tyrol.
In Tyrol we called this kind of flower "L÷wenzahn", which means tooth of the lion.

Name: Taraxacum officinale
Class: Dicotyledones
Family: Asteraceae

Growing usually in large sunny meadows, this flower has leaves growing from the base of its stalk, which bring water directly to the roots.
It is used also as medicine in order to heal rheumatism.

Hi Samuele!
This is really great compostion!
Good sharpnes and vivid, warm colours!

Hello Samuel!
Very nice flower capture.Colors, lighting, framing and composition are wonderful. Thanks for sharing.

Nice capture Samuele, I like the warm colours and the POV on this. Not sure about the composition, I would have liked to seen more space to the left and the flowers less centered and lower down.

Regards Steve.

We call these plants Dandelions, with their teeth-like petals. A dandelion is really many tiny flowers bunched together that produce a seed.
Nicely composed Samuele, the colours and details are all very good. They must live world-wide and are very popular for insects to land on. Good job.
