Wow..If someone has a passion for purple they had better see this one..It dominates the image..did you know that all purples are actually tones of blue? I didn't either...Very nice image!

Hi Pat!
This is amazing that in Belgium here and now the first insects are active! I am really happy to hear that, maybe very soon in Poland will be the some! :)
According to this picture I have to say that I like a lot colouration and profile POV. DOF is not perfect (especially the front part of photo is out of focus), but the main object - the syrphid fly is sharp and nice looking :)

Nothing I can say would do any justice to such a magnificent photo. Colours, sharpness, details, contrast, composition they are all perfect.

The colours are vivid and well saturated.They really make this a stand out.
