Hi Pat. This was a bird we use to see a lot but not any more. you have a fine close up of the cute litte one. great detail and colours. A good pose and POV/DOF. well done TFS.

What a stunning picture...Perfectly sharp details of the Siskin (and I am amazed at the sharp point of thier beak) and perfect framing with the space to the left showing what is a to die for BG.

Bonjour Pat,
Quelle jolie composition que tu nous présentes aujourd'hui. Je vois beaucoup de délicatesse dans cet oiseau et ta prise le rend très bien.
D'excellents détails dans le plumage, de belles couleurs bien saturées et une belle lumière éclaire ce petit Siskin. (Je vois que tu utilises ISO 500, as-tu programmé ton appareil pour réduire le bruit en bas du ISO800?).

A beautiful bird - another one I have never seen. Beautiful colors and marvelous details of the face and plummage. The pose is wonderful and the background is superb. A really good composition.

Bonjour mon bon français parle l'ami. Les images du vôtre je suis toujours content pour voir ! You are still doing nicely with your birds...I am seeing them now in droves but have not caught one I really like...I have inexpensive glass lens...and it doesn't bring out the colours true as this..

et excellent POV, excellent DOF, netteté ey détails
du plumage sont excellents, juste une chose Pat,
j'aimes beaucoup dans le cadrage que devant le sujet
il y ai une bonne espace, mais dans ce cas-ci,
j'aurais préféré un petit peu moins d'espace devant le sujet
et un petit peu plusss d'espace derrière le sujet, TFS

Ils sont beaux ces oiseaux, nous avons ici des tarins des pins, qui viennent très souvent aux mangeoires avec les chardonnerets et ils sont très semblables à celui-ci, même petit bec tout fin, les rayures brunes et le jaune un peu moins prononcé peut-être. Ta photo est superbe Pat, c'est tellement beau à regarder. Le fond un peu rosé est très beau, très lisse, laissant tout l'espace à cet oiseau si joli. Merci pour la très belle composition, c'est réussi.
