This Melitaea cinxia or Glanville fritilary I encountered when looking for orchids on one of my favorite spots in Belgium. Due to the early morning it was covered in dew and couldn't escape from the camera

Hi Jeroen,

Great capture! Beautiful and highly detailed macro. The markings and colours of the butterfly are superb. The "bubbles" all over its body are very well displayed. Simple, uncluttered composition. Terrific job! TFS.

Hello Jeroens,
such an exciting and special capture of the butterfly. The small droplets on the butterfly body is very unique. you have captured wonderful shot which seldom occurred.
Lovely and cute scenery.

Ciao Bernd. Refined macro shot. Razor details and fantastic compo. Indeed well done!

Hello Jeroen,
The composition is fantastic on this as it fills the frame with a pleasing result. Also the exposure is dead on showing perfect colors and lighter & darker registers. Well done. :)
