Good first post Jeanpierre. So the trout like to eat this fly and they fly over the waters. It looks quite funny on the concrete and not the water.

Nice first post. It looks a little dark on the wings but not very important. What is more important it looks like the focus is more on the hind part of the body than on the eye/head and that is a pity. Apart from that it is a nice close-up on this fly.

Mayflies are the most primitive of winged insects.
