Hard to say what kind of mushroom, it is.
Its habitat is an alley of wood with other edible mushrooms in doubt I have not picked.

Hi John,
Hard to say a proper identification, as only the top of the cap is visible, but due to the cap color and the special type of scales probably your mushroom's Amanita franchetii (Boud.) Fayod, however, I can't be sure only from this PoV. About the aesthetic value, I have to say this isn't your best photo, very noisy, out of focus and practically there's no composition at all.
