This is a Bee Beetle (Trichius fasciatus) and a tumbling flower beetle (Mordellidae sp.) on a flower of bramble (Rubus fruticosus).
The Trichius fasciatus is a beetle of the Cetonidae family. Length: approximately 10mm. The wing casings on the bee beetle vary in colour from creamy-yellow to deep orange. The bodies are very hairy and resemble bumble bees - hence the name.
The tumbling flower beetles (Mordellidae) are very distinctive beetles with a wedge-like body and a spine-like posterior abdominal process. This one has about 4mm length.
