It's Araneus diadematus. Nice picture showing off the web strands but I guess it is a little too much contrast on the spider.

The DOF is a bit thin and part of the spider is a bit soft. The web looks very interesting too bad it's not al sharp. This Spider should be in Arachnida and not Echinoderms. Echinodems are starfish!
