Hello Yves,
The overall composition is quite pleasing and the colors of this particular flowering plant is very beautiful. I like the exposure and dark BG which keeps you focused on the subject. I do however believe Luciano nailed the fact that it appears over sharpened and noised. A little less sharpening and this would be a top notch image.
