This seems to be a young representative of Saxicola rubetra, or whinchat in English.
I am re-posting this photo, because of the critiques, which I received about missing reflection in the eye. I looked again through the series and I was very happy to find one frame with some light spot in the eye of the bird, so I am posting this for you, since I noticed that you like this impressionistic picture; it turns out actually to be my most successful photo here.
