|Suillus elegans is extremely popular in Bulgarian coniferous forests. It is considered edible after peeling of the slippery brown covering membrane. Usually it is boiling with some vinegar, salt and black pepper in the water.|

A well composed mushroom capture!
I like the delicate colours in the subject, contrasting well with the greenery around...
Suillus luteus... I haven't seen it for years... Good natural colours on the photo, and I like the POV, too. You're showing perfectly this isn't a big mushroom, and the contrast with the greenery is simply awesome. Well done, TFS. Regards from Hungary, László

it doesn't look like Suillus luteus (Linneo 1753) Roussel 1796; colours of cap surface and ring on stipe not correspond. Moreover Suillus luteus has surface of cap covered with silk-like black fibres, not light like your photo shows.
Your species is (very plobably) Suillus grevillei (Klotzsch 1832) Singer 1945 [= Suillus elegans (Schumacher 1803) Snell 1944].
