[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Male reindeer use their antlers (which are shed annually) for mate competition during the rut in late september-early October. The longest fight I witnessed this year was 35min long! Often the tines (projections on the main beam of the antler) will be broken off mid-fight with a loud 'snap'!

This 4 year old male was dominant, and had access to a groups of 10 females.

Good day Natalka Melnycky.
Nice to see some images from the cold North and especially image of a magnificent male reindeer. However I thing that you could execute this shot a bit more carefully. The creature is turned his bag to the viewer and the missing eye contact has destroyed the image further. On top of that the depth of field seems to deep. I love the natural color however and I like the perfect white balance! Well maybe next time Natalka! Welcome to Treknature!
