[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Whilst in the Finish forest hunting the edible variety I came across this one…. And while on its own it maybe nothing special, when it had the water from the trees above it transformed into something special. (I used a macro and a flash.)

Hi Chris,
It's a very nice picture you start with.
The colours are lovely and the detrails are very good.
The droplets are a great bonus. IMO little tight above.
Very good work.

Welcome to TN.
Pls add what camera you used and camera settings.

Hello Chris
Welcome to TrekNature - excellent first post. Great color and DOF. The water droplets are nature's jewels. I agree with Gert about the framing.

Hi Chris.
This is a beautiful shot indeed.
This is a bracket fungus, probably Ganoderma applanatum.
They are a woody fungus thay can grow for many many years. You are right. With the water droplets it looks amazing.
Well spotted and captured.
