Helianthemum nummularium, Common Rockrose, Hélianthème commun observés sur la pelouse sèche de La Côte à le Taviard.

"Sous arbrisseau variable, plus ou moins couché. Feuilles lancéolées à arrondies, à nervure unique, opposées, dessous couvert d'un duvet blanc, stipules foliacées. Fleurs de 20 à 25 mm, jaunes; floraison de mai à septembre. Prés secs, sur calcaire."

Salut Gerard,une espece tres rare a voir ici et une capture simplement super,pas facile un jaune si parfait en plein soleil,exposition professionelle pour un resultat de tres haut niveau.Mes compliments et belle journee',Luciano

I like bright sunlight on the petals and deep green smooth surroundings. They bring a strong esthetic impression as well as excellent sharpness and details of the flowers and nice vertical composition of the image. TFS and best regards.

I forgot to congratulate for your 300th upload, so I do it now. Excellent photo of a common rockrose, great sharpness / details and warm color tones, beside the pleasant vertical composition. I don't like the frame, but otherwise a fantastic image.
