The gray partridge lives in the open cultivated grounds and the waste lands. It is a sedentary bird which gathers in September to winter in company from 15 to 20 individuals it puts itself in couple in March to raise their chicks. Its plumage is adapted perfectly to the camouflage as this photograph shows it.

nice experssion and good catchlight but the beak is overexposed. good focus.

Hi marco. What a fine shot of the Partridge. not a bird you see very often on TN so well done. very nie eye contact. good colours and fine detail a nice POV with sharp focus very well done TFS
