Description : This wild flower is perennial & rather current in the Alps. It meets in the dry lawns, the rocks and rubbles, from April at July up to 1600m of altitude. The whole of the plant is covered with a short pilosity, including bracts. The flowers are white, solitary or very few. The sheets narrow, are slightly bent downwards. With not confusing with the Suffruticosum subspecies thus bracts are glabrous and the narrower sheets.
