very nice shot again Didier,
it's not an easy one with all that backlight, but I like the effect. The composition is well taken, good details, very good job,

Hi Didier,

lovely capture. Great details and interesting moment. Love this, very well done.

hello:) beauty shot:) I like compo here:) nice DOF:) another exellent post:)

Ahh more X-rated pictures, great stuff. An excellent contribution to the sexy-nature theme.
Composition is great. I have seen the male and female of this species together before, a good comparison. DOF and POV are good and the background provides good contrast.

An excellent shot Didier. It could have been very difficult with all that water and shiny surfaces, but you've handled the light perfectly.Well done.

Une bonne semaine à vous!

Hello Didier,
fascinating capture!
Excellent colours and details on both beetles and the pine cone, and the droplets of water as a very pleasant extra, this is superb!
Very interesting to note the little difference in dimensions between male and female L. cervus here. Big woman, small guy.
Good luck he was successful in spite of his small antlers that would have brought him in a weak position when fighting for the female against other males. But very obviously he was just the smarter guy, and the better pilot in the air.
Success with women not always corresponds with size of antlers, and that's good news we hear from your lovely contribution.
Thank you, and best regards,
