[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
A very variable butterfly, and this one is fairly atypical, with much less black markings than usual.
This one is a male.
Rather common in the southern part of Europe and in northern Africa, from Morocco to Lithuania.

Hallo Philippe
What a wonderful view! The colours on this lovely butterfly's wings are such a delight to look at and the combination of colours are truly eye-catching. Looking at this image with its sunny and joyful appearance fills me with happiness. The prominent markings are shown so beautifully and the sunlight you used to your advantage. Your camerawork here is flawless and it is indeed a pleasure stopping by such a fine piece of work which I think is a painters dream. Thanks for sharing. Kind regards.
Anna

Hello Philippe,
very beautiful capture of the butterfly in well defines sharpness and pattern.
You have successfully gave a pleasant view by emphasising the colour contrast. The white flowers stand out wonderfully and you managed your smooth background very well.

Foozi
