The bird itself is nice and sharp, but I would have chosen a different angle to avoid having part of the bird overlap with the ramparts. One or two cautious steps diagonally to the left would have given you the bird cleanly against the sea, and a fill flash would have given a catchlight in the eye.

Welcome on TN Mathieu. Nice first post of this young Larus fuscus (Black-backed Gull in English) - at least I think so from the size and the colours.
The picture is nice and sharp with a good dof but I have to agree with Bente about the angle.
