Hello Gregory,
Great macro,captured with excellent details.

Hi Greg
Fancy sunglasses. It is amazing how complex an insects anatomy is. Your portrait of it is great. He should have shaved.
There is lots of good things about this image, composition, POV. But I especially like the focus and the detail you have captured.
Thanks for sharing
Best regards

Bonjour Gregory,
Although you aren't totally new on the site, first of all welcome to TrekNature, this is the most important thing. Gorgeous macro shot with fantastic details on the dragonfly's head, something really rarely seen. I like your point of view and sharpness, but imho a squared crop would fit better to the image (just a personal thought, see the result in WS).
Have a prosperous new year, best regards, László

Thank you Gregory for your information that it is not a garden plant, at first i thought that it is your self portrait ;-) and I like your humour ;-)))))))))))

Hi Gregory,
this is a fine head-shot of a dragonfly.
The sharpness a decent and we can see the cells, you did well with you equipment.
Normally the sharpness will be softer with a filter attached to the lens.
Hormon did a good WS.
Well done.

Hello Gregory
Great macro with interesting composition and wonderful colours. The sharpness is impressive!
