Blow it ...
we are neighbours today.
Yes it's weekend and football wk.
Good close p from this damselfly.
Only a pity from the yellow flowers behind his body, it 's taking to much attention.
Further an good picuture with fine colour.
Today I see for the first time this week the sun. This week was warm and rainy. So the other way around here.
Fantastic photo! The damselfly is blowing the blowballs of. Impressive sharpness and details. Very beautiful colours against the nice dark OOF BG. Excellent DOF, POV and composition.
Have a nice weekend,

The colour od the damselfly matches so well with the dry thistle the subject seems to be a part of the whole, Sabine.
The composition is very attractive and those segments of the dry flower detaching themselves from the main body are well captured.
Great image, indeed.
TFS and regards.

A wonderful combination of the young and the old!
The young female pennipes sitting on the seeded Dandelion head make a fine pair, taken fome a good POV with great sharpness and colours in a pleasing composition.

Superb sharpness and excellent composition. Love the tiny winged seeds that are floating down on either side of the dandelion. The detail of the Damselfly and seeding dandelion are super fine. Beautiful coloration and just the right exposure. Great work!!

indeed a very special and exciting composition of the damselfly. The hanging seeds of the dandelion are very dramatic and it adds something exciting to your shot. The fly itself is very sharp and clear, the colour harmonises with the dreid flower.
well presented shot.

I love the action in this photo...that the landing of the damselfly caused the freeing of each seed. Wonderful capture with all elements in perfection. Cheers!
Habe von Deinem hoch interessanten Portfolio dieses Bild gewaehlt; Du Hast auch gerne ""stories"", und ich habe folgendes gelesen:
Dandelion parachutes provide more subtle services than a random distribution of seeds.
The plant has a built-in barometer, ensuring that the seeds are released on a dry, warm day, and on a steady rather than a gusting breeze - so that they will be scattered as far as possible.
Like the chutes of paratroops, those of the dandelion are designed to deliver their burdens gently, and in upright stance.
Your photo - with its perfect photographic technique - underlines this story!
It is a true pleasure to view this photo and I add it to my favorites.
Schoenen Sonntag, und ich hoffe Dein Team gewinnt!
