Hi Catherine. I would have spent a lot of time taking many picture myself of this beautifil flower. You used the spring light to its best to give such bright colours. Also using the tripod has given such sharp focusing and fine detail. TFS.

really an mazing pattern shown here by you. The composition is such a superb, you show the lines, the shines and the stunning pattern of a splendid close up.
The good light is well exploited and you managed the blurry background very well- smooth and soft.
Excellent view for me.

Catherine, whith this image, I will run to buy a macro lens! Now I am more than 100% convinced! The texture and the details are simply amazing!
The hole plant is also very good prezented, acompaniated by very good notes.

I see you have been to Lesvos last spring.
We are thinking of spending a week there in May this year and hope it will come off.
This is an excellent close-up of the Pink Butterfly Orchid from the forest round Agiasos. (we hope to be near Molivos)
The POV shows the flower with fine sharpness and colours.
